Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an Hollywood writer and actor Her talent has gained her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the eldest child of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper, and Anne, a psychology student. She's English, Scottish and of mixed heritage.
